VIER Copilot

While working at Spreadfilms, we were tasked to create several promotional explainer videos for their products.
One of which is the VIER Copilot, an AI assistant created to support employees with AI-based automation in customer dialogue. It provides actionable recommendations through speech analysis, live transcription, and contact identification for efficient handling of customer inquiries.
